Fees, Guidelines & Requirements

Fees:

$299 – Application Fee For Degree Programs

Contact us to receive a reduced Accredited Member Fee once your Accreditation is granted.

(For Bible Colleges/Christian Institutes where Degree Programs are offered.)

*Due to the nature of Accreditation or Approval Status, fees are non-refundable.

Guidelines & Requirements For Degree Programs

1. All applicants will submit the Accreditation Application with the requested documents. Once submitted, you will receive a payment link for the Application Fee. Once the required non-refundable fee of $299 is received, you become an Accreditation Candidate.
2. Over a 7 to 14 day period, the accrediting committee will review and verify each of your submitted documents. If anything is missing, you will be notified via email. YOU WILL BE GIVEN REASONABLE TIME TO SUBMIT ANY MISSING DOCUMENTATION.
3. Once all items are received, accreditation consideration will be given based on the following guidelines:

• Current and up-to-date Religious 501 (c)3 Tax-Exempt status for an Educational Institution, Church, or Ministry.
• A functioning Board of Directors
• A Post-Secondary Institution only. NO PERSONS ENROLLED UNDER AGE. NO MINORS PERMITTED.
• Sound Biblical Statement of Belief
• A structured and defined academic program for Christian Education (e.g., class curriculum, program length, instructor requirements, degrees conferred, certificates offered, grading/transcripts, recordkeeping). IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THIS PART, LET US KNOW.
• Complete the fiscal evaluation questionnaire demonstrating the ability to remain open for business once students begin enrolling.
• Signed Statement that your school’s conferred Honorary Doctorate Degree Program will never exceed 20% of the current enrollment and graduating class.

Upon Approval of your BASE Accreditation Membership, candidates will make their final approval payment (contact us for the amount). There is an annual Program and Document review, which includes an annual reduced renewal fee. Members will be notified of many high-level resources to assist in elevating their Christian Education Program.

OFFICIAL ACCREDITATION MEMBERSHIP KIT

Once all fees are paid, each newly approved BASE Accredited Member will receive a welcome kit that includes your Accreditation Certificate and a BASE Handbook containing a curated compendium of resources to equip your Bible college/Christian Education Program from day one. There is nothing like being connected to resources.
